What We Do Not Provide
Helpgigi is not a medical, healthcare, financial, or legal service. We do not provide medical or nursing care, medication management, bathing, dressing, or any hands-on personal care, transportation, financial management, or legal advice. For any of these needs, please consult a licensed professional.

Booking & Scheduling
Services are arranged in advance and subject to availability. We ask that you provide accurate information when booking so we can serve you well. Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.

Payment
Payment terms, rates, and methods will be shared and agreed upon before services begin.

Our Helpers
Helpgigi's helpers are here to provide friendly, dependable assistance with everyday tasks. They are not trained medical, financial, or legal professionals, and their help should not be treated as professional advice in those areas.
